You know life could feel different. So what's been getting in the way?
Maybe you're carrying anxiety, stress, overwhelm, self-doubt, or emotional reactions that seem stronger than the situation calls for.
Maybe a fear, phobia, difficult experience, public speaking nerves, exam anxiety, or lack of confidence is holding you back from living life the way you'd like to.
Or perhaps you've done years of personal growth and understand your patterns intellectually, yet still find yourself stuck in the same emotional responses.
Whatever brought you here, you're not broken, and you don't need fixing.
Often, the things that keep us stuck aren't a lack of willpower, motivation, or knowledge. They're emotional responses that once served a purpose but no longer belong in the life we're trying to create.
Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), I help people gently release the emotional charge behind fears, phobias, stressful experiences, limiting beliefs, and emotional patterns so they can move forward with greater calm, confidence, clarity, and freedom.
I'm Suzanne Cameron, a certified EFT practitioner, and I'd love to help you discover what's possible when the things that have been holding you back no longer have the same hold on you.
Book your free 20-minute Clarity Call and let's explore what's possible together.
Meet Suzanne
Hi, I'm Suzanne Cameron.
I'm a certified EFT Practitioner (Level 2) and currently continuing my training towards Master certification. I'm passionate about helping people move beyond the fears, emotional patterns, stressful experiences, and limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from living life the way they'd like to.
My approach is compassionate, grounded, and free from judgement. I provide a calm and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work through whatever is getting in the way of living with greater confidence, clarity, and ease.
Many of the fears, emotional reactions, and patterns that hold us back today began as ways of protecting us. While they may once have served a purpose, they can continue influencing how we think, feel, and respond long after they're no longer needed. Through EFT, we gently work with these responses so they no longer have the same hold on your life.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, a fear or phobia, self-doubt, a difficult life experience, public speaking nerves, exam anxiety, or simply feeling stuck, my role is to guide the process at a pace that feels right for you.
Everything we discuss is confidential, and if talking about certain experiences feels uncomfortable, that's okay too. One of the things I value most about EFT is that meaningful change can often occur without needing to revisit every detail of the past.
I understand how exhausting it can be to carry things quietly beneath the surface while continuing to show up for work, family, and the people around you.
You don't have to navigate that alone.
I'd be honoured to support you in creating the change you're looking for and discovering what becomes possible when the things that have been holding you back no longer have the same hold on you.
What is EFT?
Have you ever wondered why you can know something logically, yet still feel completely different emotionally?
Why you know spiders can't hurt you, yet your body panics.
Why you know you're capable, yet self-doubt still takes over.
Why a difficult experience from years ago can still trigger an emotional reaction today.
That's because lasting change doesn't happen through thoughts alone.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, combines focused attention with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points. This process helps calm the nervous system while working directly with the emotional responses, beliefs, and memories that may be driving the issue.
Research has shown EFT can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, with studies demonstrating measurable reductions in cortisol—the body's primary stress hormone.
Rather than simply talking about a problem, EFT helps your mind and body process the experience differently.
As the emotional charge begins to settle, the reaction often changes too.
The spider may still be a spider, but the fear is no longer overwhelming.
The presentation may still be important, but the panic is no longer running the show.
The memory may still be there, but it no longer feels like it's happening now.
This is why people are often surprised by how quickly things can begin to shift.
EFT doesn't focus on managing symptoms.
It focuses on changing the emotional response underneath them.
And when the response changes, new possibilities begin to open up.
What Can EFT Help With?
Sometimes it's obvious what's holding you back.
A fear of spiders. A fear of public speaking. Exam anxiety. A difficult experience that still feels emotionally charged.
Other times it's less obvious.
You find yourself overthinking, feeling anxious, reacting more strongly than you'd like, doubting yourself, avoiding opportunities, or repeating the same patterns despite knowing better.
The issue may look different on the surface, but underneath it is an emotional response that is driving the reaction.
The spider isn't the problem.
The presentation isn't the problem.
The exam isn't the problem.
The memory isn't the problem.
It's the emotional response attached to those experiences that creates distress and keeps the pattern alive.
That's what EFT works with.
By calming the nervous system and releasing the emotional charge behind fears, phobias, stressful experiences, limiting beliefs, and emotional triggers, EFT helps create lasting shifts in how you think, feel, and respond.
People commonly seek EFT support for:
• Stress and overwhelm
• Anxiety and persistent worry
• Fears and phobias
• Public speaking nerves
• Exam and performance anxiety
• Confidence and self-belief
• Emotional triggers and unwanted reactions
• Difficult past experiences
• Relationship challenges
• Burnout and emotional fatigue
• Feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from EFT.
Many people simply reach a point where they're tired of carrying the same emotional weight and are ready for something to change.
EFT is not about forcing positive thinking.
It's not about pretending everything is okay.
And it's not about reliving painful experiences over and over again.
It's about working with the emotional responses beneath the surface so they no longer have the same hold on your life.
When the emotional response changes, the experience of the problem changes too.
If you're ready to discover what's possible when those patterns, fears, or reactions no longer run the show, book a free 20-minute Clarity Call.

Questions you may have.
Below are some common questions about EFT and the sessions I offer. If you don’t see your question here, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, combines focused attention with gentle tapping on specific acupressure points on the body.
It works directly with the emotional responses behind fears, stress, anxiety, phobias, limiting beliefs, and difficult experiences, helping calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.
When the emotional response changes, the experience of the problem changes too.
Research has shown EFT to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, and trauma-related symptoms, making it a powerful tool for creating lasting change.
Yes. EFT is supported by a growing body of research demonstrating its effectiveness for stress, anxiety, fears, phobias, trauma-related symptoms, and emotional wellbeing.
Studies have shown EFT can significantly reduce cortisol, the body's primary stress hormone, while helping people experience meaningful improvements in emotional distress and resilience.
While research continues to evolve, EFT is increasingly being used and studied by healthcare professionals, psychologists, researchers, and wellbeing practitioners around the world.
Not at all. You don’t need any prior experience or preparation.
I’ll guide you through the process step by step, and we’ll begin with whatever feels most important for you. You don’t need to know the “right” thing to say or have everything figured out before you arrive.
That's completely okay. Many people feel uncertain when exploring something new.
The free 20-minute Clarity Call is a chance for us to connect, discuss what's been happening for you, and answer any questions you may have. There's no pressure and no obligation—just an opportunity to explore whether EFT feels like the right fit for you.
Sessions are conversational, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
We'll begin by exploring what's been happening for you and identifying the issue you'd like to work on. Using EFT tapping, we'll work directly with the emotions, beliefs, memories, fears, or reactions connected to that issue.
You remain in control throughout the entire process, and we move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.
The goal is not simply to talk about the problem, but to help change the emotional response driving it.
That's very common.
Many people come to EFT with experiences they don't feel ready to talk about in detail.
The good news is that EFT includes techniques that allow us to work with an issue without needing to revisit or disclose every aspect of what happened. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you remain in control throughout the process.
Meaningful change can occur without having to tell your whole story.
That's completely okay.
Emotions are a natural part of the healing process, and you're welcome to express whatever comes up during a session. Tears, frustration, sadness, relief, laughter, or unexpected emotions are all normal.
EFT is designed to work gently, helping emotions process and settle rather than become overwhelming.
You remain in control throughout the entire session, and we'll move at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. My role is to guide and support you every step of the way.
Yes. All sessions are private and confidential.
Creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and able to speak openly is a fundamental part of my practice.
Every person and every issue is different.
Some people experience significant shifts in just one or two sessions when working on a specific fear, phobia, belief, or challenge. Others choose to continue over a longer period to work through deeper or more complex patterns.
My goal is never to keep you in sessions longer than necessary. We'll regularly review your progress and decide together what level of support feels right for you.
Yes. Sessions are available both online and in person.
Online sessions are highly effective and offer the flexibility of working from the comfort and privacy of your own home, while still receiving the same personalised guidance and support throughout the process.
No. EFT is not a replacement for medical, psychological, or mental health treatment.
EFT can be used alongside other forms of support and is often integrated into broader wellbeing and personal growth journeys. If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns, it is important to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
If you're unsure whether EFT is right for your situation, we can discuss this during your free Clarity Call.
